What makes a person healthy? Is it how fast they can run? How skinny they are? If they are a vegan or carnivore?(That debate could go on forever.) I believe being healthy is in body, mind and spirit. If you are able to prioritize your mental condition just as much as your physical and spiritual condition, only then can you truly be an all around healthy person.
Below I have made a list of what I believe are 10 Habits of Healthy People. While I know there are many more characteristics and/or rituals people do to keep themselves healthy, these are my top picks. (My husband thinks I should add “adult time” to the list as well….but, I will just leave that one up to you).
