I don’t think I could find a more motivating message for Motivational Monday. I want each and every one of you to take the following quote and repeat it to yourself this week.
What would happen if we all just take a moment, a quick breath and decide today is the day we will not give up. Whatever it is…doesn’t matter how big or small the situation may be…DON’T GIVE UP!
Think about why it is you started something. If it is a workout program, what made you want to start? Was it to lose weight, gain muscle, be happier & healthier for your kids? If any of those answers are true, then why would you want to stop?
Don’t get discouraged. It is hard work to lose weight, gain muscle and be healthier. If it were easy, people would lose weight, never drink alcohol, and eat fruits & vegetables all the time (and I would be out of a job as a personal trainer). You may not lose those last 5 pounds or reach a goal as quickly as you wanted. Just remember to keep pushing yourself and see what might happen if you don’t give up.
