No matter what happened over the weekend or over the past week, don’t let those moments determine who you are. Start today brand new! Your inner peace comes from yourself, and learning not to allow a past event or another person control your feelings.
Whether you fell off the healthy eating wagon or had an argument with a close friend, it doesn’t matter now. It’s OK to fall every now and then, believe me…I have many times. Just remember, don’t be ashamed of what you have gone through (or are going through). Those events mold you into the person you are today. And that, my friend, is a beautiful thing. HAPPY MONDAY!
