When you have a combination of ripe raspberries, fresh lemon juice, sparkling water and Bigelow Cold Brew Iced Tea, your life is complete. It’s the perfect concoction to relax with on a hot summer day.
I consider myself to be a big coffee freak. It is the first thing I run to in the morning (and to be honest, sometimes in the afternoon). But there is nothing quite as refreshing as a tall glass of ice cold tea. It’s the ultimate thirst quencher and perfect for sipping throughout the summer, especially after a long workout. My Raspberry Lemon Iced Tea Sparkler is made with clean, simple ingredients and is one drink you have to serve at your next party or up-coming Labor Day celebration.
Instead of the usual sugar and calorie filled soft drinks or juices, this Raspberry Lemon Iced Tea Sparkler is a much healthier option to have on hand. It is caffeine free and naturally sweetened. Plus it is super easy to make! There is no boiling water, or sitting in the sun for hours on end. This recipe takes less than 15 minutes to make and is perfectly flavored with only 5 ingredients (including water)! With the help of Bigelow Cold Brew Iced Tea, you never have to worry about making tea early enough for it to have time to chill in the refrigerator before the guests arrive. Who has time for that?
You can find the Raspberry & Lemon and Peach flavors of Bigelow Cold Brew Iced Tea in the coffee/tea aisle at your local Walmart.
To prepare your sparkler, pour 10 cups of water into a pitcher. Place 3 of the tea packets into the water and let it steep for approximately 10 minutes. (The box says to use 4 cups of water to each packet, but because I am adding sparkling water later, I used less water to begin with.)
Next, remove the tea packets and pour in 2 cups of sparkling water along with the juice of 1 lemon.
When you are ready to serve, fill each cup with ice and a few fresh raspberries. Add your cold brew tea and enjoy!
