Now, back to my new favorite recipe! To create my simple Sauteed Apples with Crunchy Oats, start by slicing & peeling 3 large apples.
- 3 large apples
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp all spice
- 2 packages of Nature Valley™ Oats N Honey Granola Bars
- Start by slicing & peeling 3 large apples.
- Next you will saute the apples in a skillet with 2 Tbsp of coconut oil for approximately 15 minutes. Once the apples start to cook down and become tender, sprinkle on 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and 1/4 tsp of all spice. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
