WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- ½ cup marinara sauce
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 4-5 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 eggs - beaten

HOW DO I MAKE AIR FRYER CHICKEN PARMESAN?
Start by preheating your air fryer to 400 degrees F.
In a small bowl, beat the eggs together, then pour into a shallow dish. Set aside for now.
Next, mix together the panko bread crumbs, Italian seasoning and garlic salt. Place in a separate shallow dish.
Dredge each chicken breast in eggs, then coat with panko mixture. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Carefully top each chicken breast with marinara sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Then air fry for another 2 minutes until cheese is melted.
