These Easy Egg White Sandwiches are not only delicious, but protein-packed and a great way to start your day.
Let's face it. A breakfast sandwich is a beautiful thing. When you find one you like, it's hard to have anything else! I am currently hooked on this Easy Egg White Sandwich, and I'm not mad about it. (I often have it for lunch, instead of breakfast).
I love how it only needs a handful of simple ingredients to create an incredible sandwich, and that you can cater any of the ingredients to your liking.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- 3 egg whites
- 1 slice provolone cheese
- 2-3 slices of deli ham
- 2 tablespoon Bitchin Sauce- original (*You can easily swap with your favorite hummus.)
- desired amount of fresh baby spinach
- 2 slices desired bread
HOW DO I MAKE AN EASY EGG WHITE SANDWICH?
STEP 1: In a ramekin (or small bowl), whisk the egg whites. Microwave eggs for 30 seconds, stir, then microwave again for another 20-30 seconds (or until eggs are cooked).
STEP 2: Toast your preferred bread. Spread Bitchin sauce on bread.
STEP 3: Layer with deli ham, egg whites, spinach and cheese.

of course! I like to use muffin tins, so they keep a solid form for the sandwich.
