I have technically put this recipe under “snacks,” but my husband said it could be placed under “entrees.” With that being said, we have probably enjoyed this dip a little too much…But, hey! It’s a great, healthy alternative to the usual dips made with sour cream and cheese. This Two Ingredient Ranch Dip is a cool, creamy snack that is low-calorie and sure to impress any crowd!
Over the years, I have learned that sometimes simple is better. I have tried to make fancy appetizers, dips and other recipes that take hours to prepare and leave my kitchen a COMPLETE disaster. But in the end, my most loved recipes are the easiest ones with the fewest ingredients. Simple, clean and healthy! This Two Ingredient Ranch Dip is a testament to that. You can’t find a faster dip to make than this!
Much lighter than a regular ranch dip, made with buttermilk and sour cream, this dip tastes equally as good, if not better! Only 2 ingredients and a breeze to make. Simply mix together 1 cup of plain greek yogurt (I used Fage -Total 0% Plain yogurt) and 3 tsp of a dry ranch seasoning (I used Hidden Valley Ranch). Easy as that! You have a delicious, guilt free dip that is perfect with your favorite veggies, chips and crackers.
Who said dips can’t be healthy? This Two Ingredient Ranch Dip is a healthy and satisfying snack that is perfect for the big game, party, or quiet night in!
