Vegan Double Chocolate Oat Muffins: A guilt-free way to satisfy your craving for yumminess!

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- ½ cup gluten free flour
- 1 ½ cup oats
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoon applesauce
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 2 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup dark chocolate morsels/chips
- dash of salt

HOW DO I MAKE VEGAN DOUBLE CHOCOLATE OAT MUFFINS?
In a large mixing bowl, mash 1 large banana until you have a smooth texture. Next, stir in remaining wet ingredients (½ cup almond milk, 2 tablespoon applesauce, ¼ cup maple syrup, ¼ cup coconut oil and 1 teaspoon vanilla).
Slowly mix in the dry ingredients (½ cup gluten free flour, 1 ½ cup oats, ¼ cup cocoa powder, 2 ½ teaspoon baking powder and a dash of salt).
Stir in ¼ cup dark chocolate morsel/chips.
When your batter in well mixed, pour it into prepared muffin tins. (You should be able to make 12). Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 12 minutes. Remove and let cool in pan before removing.
