If you ask my husband, he will tell you I am a planner. I have to have things scheduled well in advance, workouts planned and meals set for the week. If not, I get stressed. - Homemade granola/granola bars

Having these things prepped in advance is a great place to start with your meal planning adventures.
Another tip is to choose one day to go grocery shopping and actually make a list. There have been countless times my husband and I would go to the store without a list and come home with so much junk we didn’t actually need (although it looked delicious at the time). I know we’ve all been there.
My last (and favorite) tip for meal planning, is to make sure you use the best containers possible. Believe me, you don’t want to store fresh fruit in a container that stills smells like old sauerkraut or one that is cracked and leaking.
