These new snack-able crackers are delicious any time of day. Soft, slightly crumbly and full of healthy ingredients. Definitely toddler-approved!
What ingredients do I need?
- 8oz pureed carrots
- 1 egg
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How do I make Soft-Baked Carrot Crackers?
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, baking powder and cinnamon. Add pureed carrots, egg, vanilla and milk. Mix well.
Spread the dough on a large baking sheet, using a roller if necessary. Slice the dough with a sharp knife before baking.
Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until dough is slightly golden. Remove from oven and let them cool completely.
