Easy to prepare, packed with flavor, tender, moist and juicy...this is one chicken recipe everyone should have!
I grew up usually eating grilled chicken. Not to say we never had baked chicken...I just don't remember it.
I recall watching my parents cooking over the grill, whether it was hot or cold outside. I loved the smell of it. The strong fragrance of whatever was cooking would always make my mouth water. It's one of those childhood memories that will always stick with me.
As much as I love to use my grill, sometimes I am just not in the mood to go in and out, while dealing with the other shenanigans that are sure to be going on in my house. Sometimes, the oven is my best-friend...and I don't mind admitting it!
This recipe for Honey & Soy Baked Chicken Thighs, is a perfect weeknight or weekend dinner. It has bold flavors, is easy to make with simple ingredients, and bakes until golden perfection!

This is one of the easiest recipes I have! All it requires is an uncomplicated, homemade marinade.
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
Combine the following ingredients and pour over 4-5 large chicken thighs:
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- dash salt/pepper
I like to prepare my chicken in the morning and let it marinate all day. But, if you only have a hour or so, that is perfectly fine.

When you are ready to bake, preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. Cook the chicken for approximately 45 minutes (flipping the thighs after 25 minutes).
Like I said before, sometimes throwing chicken in the oven is the best, easiest, and in this case, TASTIEST option you have! Make this Honey & Soy Baked Chicken Thigh recipe for your next family meal. You will be happy you did!
