WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- 1 lbs lean ground beef
- 6-7 large tortillas
- ¼ cup white onion
- 1 roma tomato
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Pickle slices - desired amount
- 4 tablespoon Thousand Island dressing
- 2 tablespoon Greek yogurt - plain
- Optional: cooking spray & sesame seeds

HOW DO MAKE AIR FRYER BIG MAC WRAPS?
Start by browning your ground beef in a skillet. While the beef is cooking, chop your onion and tomato into small pieces. Set aside for now.
Once the ground beef is finished cooking, drain any excess grease and set aside until you are ready to assemble the wraps.

In a small bowl, whisk together the thousand island dressing and greek yogurt. Spread desired amount onto each tortilla. Then top with the ground beef, shredded lettuce, pickles, chopped tomatoes, onions and shredded cheese. **Be sure not to overfill the tortillas, as they may tear when you try roll them up.
Carefully roll up the tortilla. Spray the top with cooking spray and garnish with sesame seeds. Repeat steps with remaining tortillas/ ingredients.
Cook the wraps in the air fryer at 375 degrees F for 5 minutes. Carefully remove and repeat with remaining wraps. **I could fit 3 in my air fryer at a time.
