Overnight oats are such a convenient, healthy breakfast that I never get tired of creating flavors. I've made Cinnamon Roll, Banana Kiwi, and Apple Pie overnight oats, just to name a few. They are all easy to prepare and ready in less than 5 minutes. Who wouldn't want such a simple and satisfying way to start your day?

If you are a fan of chocolate, you will love this recipe for Brownie Batter Protein Overnight Oats. It tastes like a rich, decadent dessert, but it’s nutritious enough for breakfast!

HOW DO I MAKE OVERNIGHT OATS?
Overnight oats really are as easy as they sound. Simply stir together all of the ingredients and store in your refrigerator overnight. I use mason jars, but feel free to use any type of small container you can seal. These overnight oat jars on Amazon are super cute, too!
Instead of skipping breakfast, start the day off nice and sweet. Top your oats with a drizzle of additional milk or fresh fruit. Sliced bananas and strawberries are perfect with this recipe!

I love this, though it’s a bit too much for me. I use 1/3 cup of oats, 1 tbsp of cocoa, skip the brown sugar. Have to use a little less milk to get the right consistency. Delicious and vegan start to my day, and even better with some berries on top.
