Put down the ice cream! I'd like to introduce you to your new favorite dessert. This Chocolate Chip Chia Seed Pudding is the only recipe you'll need. It's dairy free, pack with protein and incredibly addicting. A dream come true dessert!
Not only is it a simple dessert that's super healthy. It's also great for breakfast, or as a balanced, high protein snack.

I've had peanut butter, strawberry and pina colada chia seed puddings. But, this chocolate chip version is my go-to choice.
Made with a few simple, clean ingredients and no added junk, this recipe will have you rethinking what dessert you should be reaching for. You can have the best of both worlds, believe me!
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk- vanilla, low sugar
- 2 tablespoon honey (or agave nectar)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup chocolate chips (or carob chips)
- Optional: Top with preferred whipped cream to make it a little "extra special".
HOW DO I MAKE CHOCOLATE CHIP CHIA SEED PUDDING?
To create my Chocolate Chip Chia Seed Pudding, simply combine all the ingredients together. Stir well and place in your refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, or until it has thickened.
When you are ready to serve, scoop out your preferred amount and top with additional chocolate chips and whipped cream if desired.
**If you want to make this recipe vegan, replace the honey with agave nectar and the chocolate chips for carob chips.
