HOW DO I MAKE CINNAMON ROLL SHEET PAN PANCAKES?
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl, whisk together Bisquick, milk, eggs and vanilla until there are no lumps. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar and cinnamon.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray generously with nonstick spray. Then pour the pancake batter onto the baking sheet.
Sprinkle the top of the pancakes with desired amount of the cinnamon sugar blend (you do not need to use all of it). Using a knife, create a cinnamon swirl within the batter.
Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until golden and fluffy.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy with maple syrup, or any crazy pancake topping you can think of. Chocolate chips, blueberries, strawberries, a cream cheese glaze, etc.

I finally made a sheet pancake! I add ginger to most cinnamon recipes. We love banana pancakes so we chopped 2 and mixed them in with the cinn. sugar. I also reserved some sugar to cream with butter to spread atop. Thank you for the inspiration!
Julie says
Those all sound like great additions!
Laura says
Have you tried this with pancake mixes that you only add water to? Just curious if anyone has tried it instead of using bisquick.
Julie says
You can totally use a different pancake mix. Just add the additional vanilla and cinnamon/sugar mix.
