These Honey Mustard Sesame Chicken Fingers are sure to bring everyone around the table for an enjoyable family dinner.

I don't know what it is, but chicken fingers are always more fun to eat. They are the perfect finger food and easily dip-able.
My recipe for Honey Mustard Sesame Chicken Fingers will once again have you grabbing for those little strips of goodness. This time without the guilt. These bad boys are baked and gluten free! You won't be able to find another recipe as easy, kid friendly and full of flavor as this.
HOW DO I MAKE HONEY MUSTARD SESAME CHICKEN FINGERS?
First off we will create a marinade for the chicken. Start by slicing 2-3 chicken breasts into strips. Then combine the following ingredients in a small bowl:
- 1 teaspoon spicy mustard
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- ¼ cup seasoned rice vinegar
- ⅓ cup olive oil
Place the chicken and marinade in a covered container and set in your refrigerator for at least 2 hours. (Although we all know the longer you let it marinate, the better.)

When you are ready to cook, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, whisk 2 eggs and set aside.
In a gallon plastic bag, combine ¼ cup of gluten free flour, 2 cups of Glutino Gluten Free Honey Mustard Pretzels, or preferred type (my kids like these Honey Mustard Pretzels from Walmart) and ⅓ cup of sesame seeds. Mix/Crush the ingredients with a rolling pin then pour the dry mix onto a large plate.

To prepare the chicken, take your strips, dip them into the eggs then into flour mix. Place the chicken strips onto a prepared baking sheet and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.

My Honey Mustard Sesame Chicken Fingers are crispy, tender and completely homemade. Don't go another day without making these. It will be your family's new favorite meal!
