Extra moist, protein packed, gluten free treat! Nothing beats this Powder PB & Banana Mug Cake. Delicious enough for dessert, but healthy enough for breakfast!

Peanut butter and bananas are the ultimate flavor combination. It's without a doubt my favorite! If there is ever a day that I don't make toast smothered in peanut butter and bananas, you know something is wrong.
Today I have a new recipe that takes peanut butter and bananas to a whole new level. This Powder PB & Banana Mug Cake is incredibly easy to make and perfect as breakfast, snack or dessert. Fluffy, moist, and healthy!

Thanks to my friends at Naked Nutrition I am able to use clean, simple ingredients in a lot of my recipes. For this recipe I used their Organic Naked P.B., which has only one ingredient: Powdered peanut butter made from slow-roasted, non-GMO, US grown peanuts.
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- ½ ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon milk (preferred)
- 2 scoops Organic Naked PB
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- Optional: additional creamy peanut butter for drizzle topping

HOW DO I MAKE POWDER PB & BANANA MUG CAKE?
Spray the inside of your mug with nonstick cooking spray. Then mash your banana and egg together inside the mug. Stir in remaining ingredients until smooth.

Cook in your microwave for approximately 80-90 seconds. Once your cake is fluffy and cooked through, remove from microwave and let cool slightly.
Drizzle with additional peanut butter, if desired.

Everyone loves a homemade treat! Next time you have a craving for something sweet, make this easy Powder PB & Banana Mug Cake.

How many tbsp or tsp is two scoops? Thanks!

Thanks for the message. 1 scoop is typically 2-3 Tbsp. I'd start with 4 Tbsp for the recipe (since it calls for 2 scoops) and see if you like the texture of the cake.
