Great for lunch or potlucks, this crowd-pleasing salad is the perfect balance of creamy dressing, tender pasta, and protein packed tuna.
Main ingredients needed:
- Canned tuna
- Preferred pasta
- Frozen peas
- Green onions
- Celery
For the Dressing:
- Greek yogurt
- Mayo (optional)
- White wine vinegar
- Dry dill weed

Start by cooking the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and allow it to cool.
While the pasta is cooking, warm the peas (either in microwave or boiling water), chop the celery and green onions, and drain the tuna.
Next, mix together the dressing ingredients until smooth and creamy.
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, celery, green onion, peas and tuna. Pour the dressing on and toss. Add a dash of salt & pepper to taste.
Tuna Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 8 oz preferred pasta
- 7 oz canned tuna
- 2-3 celery
- 2 green onions
- 1 cup frozen peas
- ¾ cup greek yogurt- 0% plain
- ¼ cup mayo**
- ½ teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- dash of salt & pepper
Instructions
- Start by cooking the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and allow it to cool.

- Mix together the greek yogurt, mayo**, dill and vinegar. **If you do not want to use mayo, add additional greek yogurt.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, celery, green onion, peas and tuna. Pour the dressing on and toss. Add a dash of salt & pepper to taste.
