This delicious Cold Shrimp Salad only takes about 10 minutes to make and is full of flavor!

Summer is the season when I really crave seafood. Especially this Cold Shrimp Salad. It’s ridiculously quick and easy to make, overflowing with crunchy vegetables, and always has a way of impressing a crowd.
You have to make this for the family. There is no better time than now to soak in the sun, have fun and indulge in the deliciousness of a seafood recipe like this one.
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- 16 oz shrimp (precooked, tail off, deveined)
- 1 cup red onion
- 1 cup mixed bell peppers
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ cup Greek yogurt 0% plain
- 2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
HOW DO I MAKE A COLD SHRIMP SALAD?
To begin, make sure you have approximately 16 oz shrimp (precooked, tail off, deveined) thawed and ready. Next, chop the following ingredients into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 1 cup red onion
- 1 cup mixed bell peppers
- 2 celery stalks
In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed shrimp, chopped vegetables with 1 tablespoon of fresh dill, the juice of 1 lemon, ½ cup of Greek yogurt (0% plain) and 2 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning. Mix well. Store in airtight container in your refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
