- ¾ cup gluten free flour
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoon butter
- ½ cup sugar
- 5 tablespoon milk
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips
How do I make 2 Minutes {Gluten-Free} Microwave Brownies?
Step 1: Melt butter and cocoa powder together. Stir well.
Step 2: Combine melted chocolate butter with sugar and milk.
Step 3: Add flour and mix well until you have a smooth batter
Step 4: Spread the batter into a microwave safe dish and top with white chocolate chips.
Step 5: Cook in your microwave for 2 minutes (I did mine at 60 second intervals). If you would like a less fudgy brownie, cook for an additional 30-60 seconds.
Carefully remove from the microwave and let cool before slicing.
