This fresh and fit Grilled Chicken Pesto Wrap is a tasty way to enjoy your lunch break today!

I've never met a wrap that I didn't love. This Grilled Chicken Pesto Wrap is no exception! Full of fresh spinach, bell peppers, onions, shredded chicken and my Homemade Pesto, there's no wonder why I've been craving it almost every day.
The different layers of texture and flavors create a combo that is to die for. So, please whatever you do...Don't make another boring sandwich or wrap today. Give your usual lunch break some love and smother it with pesto and fresh, healthy ingredients.
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- 1-2 chicken breasts
- ½ orange bell pepper
- ½ yellow bell pepper
- ½ red onion
- Fresh baby spinach
- Pesto
- Preferred wraps
I prefer to use my traditional Homemade Pesto for this recipe. But feel free to try my Homemade Kale Pesto or Spicy Cilantro & Jalapeno Pesto.

HOW DO I MAKE GRILLED CHICKEN PESTO WRAPS?
Start by grilling 1-2 chicken breasts. (This will depend on how thick they are. I only used one chicken breast, but it was super thick so I sliced it in half to grill). While the chicken is grilling slice ½ orange bell pepper, ½ yellow bell pepper and ½ red onion into long, slices.

When your chicken is finished grilling, remove it from heat and shred with a fork. To build the wraps, spread on 1-2 tablespoon of my Homemade Pesto on your favorite kind of wrap. (My preference is a gluten free spinach wrap).

Next, layer a small amount of bell pepper slices, spinach, onions and shredded chicken. (As much as you want to, be sure not to put too much of the ingredients into your wrap...it will be impossible to roll up).

Grilled Chicken Pesto Wrap
Ingredients
- 1-2 chicken breasts
- ½ orange bell pepper
- ½ yellow bell pepper
- ½ red onion
- Preferred amount of fresh baby spinach
- Preferred amount of my Homemade Pesto
- Preferred wraps
Instructions
- Slice bell peppers and onion into long, skinny slivers.
- Grill 1-2 chicken breasts, then shred.
- To build wrap, spread on 1-2 tablespoon of my Homemade Pesto, layer preferred amount of bell pepper slices, spinach, onions and shredded chicken.
- Carefully roll up and enjoy!
