This Grilled Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad recipe features crisp romaine, juicy grilled chicken, rich Parmesan, and tender pasta tossed in a creamy dressing that will blow your mind. It's a must make!

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- 1 large romaine lettuce heart
- 1-2 chicken breasts
- Approximately 6 oz uncooked rotini pasta (I used these gluten free noodles)
- ½ cup sliced red onions
- 1 cup creamy caesar dressing
- fresh Parmesan cheese
- cracked black pepper
Optional: I prefer to slice my chicken breast in half and marinate them in Italian dressing for a few hours before grilling.

HOW DO I MAKE GRILLED CHICKEN CAESAR PASTA SALAD?
Start by cooking the pasta according to package instructions and grilling the chicken until cooked through and you have desired char marks. (Use your discretion regarding the number of chicken breasts you use.)
While both of those are cooking, chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and slice the red onion into thin strips.
Once the pasta is finished cooking, drain and set aside. Remove the grilled chicken, slice into thin strips and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, chicken, pasta and red onion. Top with desired creamy Caesar dressing and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Garnish with fresh Parmesan and cracked black pepper.
