My family loves meatballs! Beef, turkey, chicken...they love all varieties. However, this new recipe for Oven-Baked Chicken Meatballs is our new favorite. It's incredibly easy to follow and gives you wonderfully tender, filling, and flavorful homemade meatballs every time!

Instant Pot Ranch Turkey Meatballs
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED FOR OVEN-BAKED CHICKEN MEATBALLS?
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1 cup panko
- ⅓ cup parmesan cheese - grated
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon dry onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoon milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
HOW DO I MAKE OVEN-BAKED CHICKEN MEATBALLS?
STEP 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
STEP 2: Line a baking sheet with foil and a wire rack.
STEP 3: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Do not over work the meat. Simply mix the ingredients until just combined.
STEP 4: Form small balls with your hands and place on wire rack. Spray or brush the top of the meatballs with a small amount of oil. This will create a beautiful golden brown crust to each of the meatballs.
STEP 5: Bake for approximately 20 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
