Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and what better way to start your day than with a satisfying Pizza Breakfast Burrito.

Born out of a desire to try something different from our usual breakfast staples, this Pizza Breakfast Burrito was an experiment that combined comfort food and brunch flavors in an unforgettable way!
Packed with sausage, eggs, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and more of your favorite pizza toppings, these burritos are sure to put a smile on your face.
I’m not exaggerating when I say these burritos are life-changing.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- 5-6 large burrito-sized tortillas
- 9 eggs
- 16 oz breakfast sausage (I used turkey sausage)
- Preferred pepperoni slices (I used turkey pepperoni)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup red onion
- ½ cup bell peppers (desired color)
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

HOW DO I MAKE PIZZA BREAKFAST BURRITOS?
You’ll love these burritos because they’re both easy and delicious!
Start by scrambling your eggs in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Once they are finished, remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, brown the breakfast sausage until cooked through. Then remove the crumbles from heat, as set aside until you are ready to assemble the burritos.
To assemble the burritos, take a large tortilla and layer it with a desired amount of eggs and sausage. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, chopped bell pepper, onions and spinach. Sprinkle with a little garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then carefully roll up.
Be sure not to overfill your burritos, or it will rip the tortilla when you roll it up. I was able to create 6 burritos.
You can enjoy the burritos as is, or you can place them on a baking sheet and crisp up the tortilla in your oven. I bake mine at 380 degrees F, for 6-7 minutes per side. This is optional, but recommended. It creates a nice golden crust on the burritos, melts the cheese, and helps everything stay together and little better.
