- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 lemon
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley

- Optional garnish: feta cheese, fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
HOW DO I MAKE AN EASY GREEK CHICKEN SKILLET?
STEP 1: Place your chicken breasts in a large bowl.
STEP 2: Add all remaining ingredients (minus the garnish items). Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour, but the longer the better!
STEP 3: When you are ready to cook, begin to heat a large skillet over medium heat. You can either add a little olive oil to the pan or pour a some of the marinade into the skillet.
STEP 4: Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until it has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
STEP 5: Remove skillet from heat. Garnish with fresh parsley, feta and lemon wedges if desired.
