This homemade Cinnamon Maple Popcorn comes together in a few short minutes, but will disappear even faster!

I am a huge fan of air-popped popcorn. It's such an easy, simple snack that is pretty healthy as is. But, like in most recipes, it just depends what you put on top.
This recipe for homemade Cinnamon Maple Popcorn is warm, slightly sweet with just a hint of cinnamon. It's a great snack to enjoy during the holidays!

I still remember sitting on my grandmothers counter watching the kernels spin around in her air-popper, patiently waiting for them to pop. Dodging any stray kernels that would jump out of the bowl. It's one of those memories I will never forget.
Now that I have my own air popper, I love being able to share those same memories with my kids.
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- ½ cup popcorn kernels
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoon natural maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- dash of salt

HOW DO I MAKE CINNAMON MAPLE POPCORN?
Start by popping ½ cup popcorn kernels in your hot air popper.
Then, combine 3 tablespoon natural maple syrup with 2 tablespoon coconut oil in a small bowl. Microwave for approximately 10-20 seconds.

Whisk the coconut oil and maple syrup together, then carefully poor it over the popcorn (tossing often, so all the popcorn is coated).
Last, sprinkle ½ teaspoon cinnamon over the popcorn along with a dash of salt.
