Calling all oatmeal lovers! Never make another boring bowl of oats again.
This Banana Kiwi Overnight Oats recipe is creamy, fruity and filling. It's the perfect make-ahead breakfast for busy mornings.
There is no better way to start you day than will a nutrition bowl of oats. Especially when its already made and waiting for you in the morning. A little prep sure does go a long way. That can be said for both food and workouts.
If I'm planning a morning workout, I make sure to have everything set out and ready to go. I know that if I roll over in bed and see my shoes and gear sitting out, I have a little more motivation to get out of bed and hit the pavement. But, if I wake up and don't see anything glaring at me, I may just snooze another 10 minutes or so.
Preparation is the key to a healthy lifestyle. I always believe the easiest way to get your health on track is by planning out your meals and workouts for the entire week. (Check out some of my free Fitness Planning Printables to help you prep for weeks to come.)
But if planning an entire week seems a little daunting for you, start with planning one day ahead and prepare this overnight oats recipe. When that groggy morning rolls around you will be glad you did.
