Are you looking to save some time in the morning? This Overnight Cinnamon Muesli recipe is a perfect healthy, filling, and delicious dish for busy weekday mornings.
WHAT IS MUESLI?
Muesli is traditionally a Swiss breakfast or brunch dish based on raw rolled oats and other ingredients including grains, fresh or dried fruits, seeds and nuts. Typically it is mixed with your choice of milk, yogurt, and even fruit juice. I like to stick with almond milk and greek yogurt.
Muesli is a great healthy breakfast option. It's high in fiber, whole grains, and super filling!

If you enjoy oatmeal or granola in the morning, my Overnight Cinnamon Muesli is an awesome new dish to introduce to your breakfast repertoire.
This recipe is meant to be adapted to your tastes and to what you have in the kitchen. If you like dried fruit, add it; if you don’t like pecans, swap them for another nut. I love the simple combo of ingredients and being able to have fun with my breakfast. When I eat it, I like to add a little extra chopped fresh fruit and splash of almond milk on top in the morning. It's cool, filling, and nutritious! The perfect way to start your day.
