WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- 1 lb fresh strawberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice

HOW DO I MAKE EASY STRAWBERRY JAM?
Start by removing the stems from the fresh strawberries. Place the strawberries in a large bowl and mash with a potato masher or fork.
In a heavy bottom pot, add mashed strawberries, sugar and lemon juice together.
Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring frequently. You should see bubbles forming and hear a gentle boil.
Lower the heat to maintain a gentle simmer, stirring constantly to ensure it doesn't stick or burn. Cook until the mixture thickens and coats the back of a spoon, about 20-25 minutes.
Remove from heat, and let cool before transferring to glass jars.
