I love a nutrient packed smoothie for breakfast any day of the week! Especially if it's this new recipe for a Strawberry Peanut Butter Smoothie. It's the perfect combination of salty & sweet, similar to your favorite PB&J sandwich.
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- ½ banana
- 4-5 strawberries
- ¾ cup almond milk (or preferred)
- 1 scoop powdered peanut butter (I used Naked PB)
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- desired amount of ice

HOW DO I MAKE A STRAWBERRY PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE?
STEP 1: In a blender, combine the banana, strawberries, ice and milk. Mix until all the ingredients are broken down.
STEP 2: Add the powdered peanut butter and blend again until smooth and creamy.

STEP 3: In a microwave safe dish, melt the peanut butter slightly. (Should only take a few seconds for it to become thin and runny.). Then drizzle the top of your smoothie with it.
This creamy, protein rich smoothie is a healthy and delicious way to start the day!
