- 1 cup Greek yogurt - 0% plain
- 1 ¼ cup gluten free flour flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ baking powder
- 2 teaspoon dry Italian seasoning
- 1-2 tablespoon oil

To create these Gluten Free Greek Yogurt Flatbreads, start by whisking together all the dry ingredients.
Add Greek yogurt and mix well. (I find it easier to use my hands to knead it together.)
Next, on a floured surface, roll out small rounds of the dough.
Over medium heat, warm a skillet or griddle with oil. Cook 1-2 flatbreads at a time (depending on how large your skillet is) for approximately 1 minute on each side, or until it begins to brown.

Ingredients
