Thanks for a good, simple recipe to use up an excess of yogurt! I used Forager dairy-free cashew milk yogurt and King Arthur gluten free measure for measure flour. It was quite wet after mixing, so I let it sit about 10 minutes to hydrate the flour. I did not use the egg wash because of an egg allergy. I divided the dough into 6 chunks, and baked them in a palm-shortening-greased 6-well donut pan for about 20 minutes. Great results, and lots of flavor possibilities for future batches!

I also tried dropping big spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and baked 15-20 minutes, for quick and hearty drop biscuits! My family asks to have the salt slightly reduced in the biscuits.
