You can now enjoy desserts while giving your body the protein it needs!

Perfectly portioned chocolate cups, filled with a creamy blend of cottage cheese, protein powder, crushed cookies and a sweetener of your choice. It may sound crazy, but the final product is a treat like no other!
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon honey (or preferred sweetener)
- 1 cup chocolate chips (divided)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (divided)
- ½ cup crushed Siete Grain Free Chocolate Chip Cookies (or preferred cookies)

HOW DO I MAKE HIGH PROTEIN COOKIE CUPS?
In a small bowl, microwave ½ cup of the chocolate chips and ½ teaspoon of coconut oil until melted and creamy. Should only take 30-60 seconds.
Using a spoon or silicone basting brush, spread the melted chocolate on the bottom and sides of 5-6 muffin cups. Immediately put them in your freezer to set. (I recommend using silicone muffin cups, so the cookie cups are easier to remove at the end).
While the chocolate is in the freezer, blend together the cottage cheese, milk, cocoa powder, vanilla protein powder and honey (or preferred sweetener) until smooth.

Remove the muffin tins from the freezer and evenly divide the cottage cheese mixture into each of the tins. Top with the crushed cookies.
Then microwave the remaining ½ cup of chocolate chips and coconut oil. Once melted, drizzle the chocolate over top and return the muffin tins to your freezer for a couple hours to set.
Keep them in the fridge and pop one when you come back from the gym or whenever you're craving a dessert. If you store them in the freezer, be sure to take one out so it can thaw a little while before you try biting into it.
