What ingredients do I need?
- all-purpose flour (I have also used all-purpose gluten free flour for this recipe)
- salted butter - softened
- powdered sugar

How do I make 3 Ingredient Shortbread Cookies?
Step 1: In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugar.
Step 2: Add four, mix well. (Dough may seem crumbly, but you can form it with your hands into a large ball).
Step 3: Cover the dough with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hr.
Step 4: Remove the dough from your refrigerator and roll out on a floured surface. Cut the dough into desired shapes (square, circle, holiday shapes).

Step 5: Place on a prepared baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees F, for approximately 15 minutes.
