WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- 1 15oz can Chickpeas
- 3 Eggs
- ⅓ cup Maple Syrup
- ⅓ cup unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 3 tablespoon Coconut Oil (room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Almond Extract
- Optional: Dark Chocolate Chips

HOW DO I MAKE FLOURLESS BROWNIES?
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and draining/rinsing 1 15oz can of chickpeas. Next, in a food processor, combine your chickpeas with 3 eggs, ⅓ cup maple syrup, ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 3 tablespoon coconut oil (room temperature), 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon almond extract.

Mix well until you have a smooth consistency in the batter, then pour it into a 9x9 baking dish or you can use muffin tin, if you want them to be already proportioned.
Before you place the batter into the oven, top with desired amount of dark chocolate chips. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes for muffin tins or 23-25 minutes for a 9x9 baking dish.
