Buffalo Chicken Celery Sticks- A simple, low-carb appetizer that has all the flavors of buffalo hot wings, with out the guilt!
This lighter, healthier twist on a classic appetizer is my new "go-to" for game days, parties, and potlucks. Not only are they super easy to make, but incredibly delicious, and a much healthier alternative to fried chicken wings. It's a finger-lickin' good recipe!
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- One 10 oz can of shredded chicken
- Preferred amount of celery
- 3 tablespoon Franks Hot Sauce
- 1 tablespoon BBQ Sauce
- Optional Additions: Fresh parsley & blue cheese crumbles
You can't go wrong with a no-cook recipe that has 6 or less ingredients. It's always a win!
HOW DO I MAKE BUFFALO CHICKEN CELERY STICKS?
Open and drain one 10 oz can of shredded chicken. In a small bowl, combine chicken with 3 tablespoon Franks hot sauce and 1 tablespoon bbq sauce.
Next, rinse and cut celery stalks into 3-4 inch pieces. Spoon desired amount of chicken mixture into celery and top with fresh parsley and blue cheese crumbles, if desired.
These Buffalo Chicken Celery Sticks have all the same buffalo wing flavor everybody loves but with fewer calories! It's a must make!
Buffalo Chicken Celery Sticks
Ingredients
- One 10 oz can of shredded chicken
- Preferred amount of celery
- 3 tablespoon Franks Hot Sauce
- 1 tablespoon BBQ Sauce
- Optional Additions: Fresh parsley & blue cheese crumbles
Instructions
- Open and drain one 10 oz can of shredded chicken.
- In a bowl, combine chicken with hot sauce and bbq sauce.
- Cut celery into 3-4 inch pieces.
- Spoon chicken mixture into celery
- Top with parsley and blue cheese crumbles, if desired.
