Raise your hand if you find yourself craving Bang Bang Shrimp more often than not. It's hard to say no to a plate full of crunchy, spicy seafood...I totally understand! But, if you are wanting to start the New Year on a lighter note, try my recipe for Bang Bang Salmon. It's a simple recipe that comes out perfect every time.
Baked salmon topped with a sweet, spicy, and tangy sauce. It's the ultimate appetizer recipe that will soon become your go-to dinner!

What ingredients do I need?
- 3-4 large salmon fillets
- ½ cup mayo
- 1-2 Tbsp hot sauce (I used Cholula)
- ⅓ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- desired amount of chopped scallions

How do I make Bang Bang Salmon?
Start by baking 3-4 salmon fillets for approximately 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees F. (or until your fish is fully cooked and flaky).
In a small mixing bowl, combine the following wet ingredients:
- ½ cup mayo
- 1-2 Tbsp hot sauce
- ⅓ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar

Once the fish is finished baking, remove from oven and top with desired amount of sauce. Garnish with chopped scallions, if desired.
