My Blueberry Spinach Protein Smoothie recipe makes enough for two people. If you don't have someone to share with, put half of it in the fridge and save it for the next day. It is still good! I like to add a little ice and blend it up again in the morning, so that it is nice and cold.
HOW DO I MAKE A BLUEBERRY SPINACH PROTEIN SMOOTHIE?
The recipe includes 1 banana, 1 cup of fresh baby spinach, 1 cup of fresh blueberries, ½ cup of almond milk, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder and 1 cup of ice.
Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix. Easy as that!
