Tiny potatoes transformed into a delicious vegan appetizer that will be the hit of your party!
I grew up with deviled eggs on the table at every holiday. It's the traditional Southern style I grew up with and love.
But, if you are looking swap out the classic appetizer because you've recently become vegan or you have someone visiting that is allergic to eggs, my recipe for Deviled Potatoes is just for you.
They're easy to make and turn out fabulous every time!
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED FOR DEVILED POTATOES?
- 1 lb baby red potatoes
- 2 tablespoon preferred vegan mayo
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon sweet relish
- salt & pepper to taste
- optional garnish items: fresh parsley, paprika

This easy recipe for Deviled Potatoes is something our whole family enjoys.
HOW DO I MAKE DEVILED POTATOES?
STEP 1: Boil potatoes until fork tender. Drain and let cool slightly.
STEP 2: Slice the potatoes in half. Scoop out a small amount in the middle of each potato and place in a bowl.
STEP 3: Mash the removed portions of the potatoes. Stir in mayo, mustard, relish, salt & pepper. (Feel free to add more or less of these ingredients, based on your own preference).
STEP 4: Spoon the mixture back into the potatoes. Garnish with paprika and fresh parsley.
**I prefer to serve warm, but you can serve cold to resemble traditional deviled eggs, if desired.**
