    Gluten Free Crostini Party

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Udi's.

    All opinions are 100% mine.

Six of my favorite crostini combinations that are perfect for a big party or small get together at home.

    WHAT IS A CROSTINI?

Crostini is just a fancy way to say a small slice of grilled or toasted bread with toppings.  Since I like to pretend to be fancy every now and then, these are the perfect appetizers to enjoy and feel like the "belle of the ball"! They can be easily modified depending on your favorite toppings and are sure to please everyone at your holiday party.

My philosophy is if you like it, then put it on your toast.  Fruit, veggies, cheese...it's all good on a crispy piece of bread, especially on gluten free bread!

It's always a good day when I come home to a big box of gluten free bread from Udi's.  There are so many different types of bread available for people going gluten free, I love it!  Udi's now Omega Flax & Fiber, Millet-Chia, Whole Grain, and White bread options.  You no longer need to worry about having the right kind of bread for your favorite sandwich.  It's all there! God bless Udi's.

Growing up I was never interested in Millet-Chia or Flax & Fiber bread.  It was just something I never felt obligated to try.  I liked my regular white bread and no one was going to change that!  Then, when I had to go gluten free I never had the opportunity to try it, even though I wanted to. Isn't that how it always is?  You want what you can't have, ugh!

Luckily, now there is a multitude of bread I can try thanks to Udi's.  Oh em geeee, I love them all.

Back to my fun Gluten Free Crostini Party...

Below are 6 of my favorite crostini combinations that are perfect for a big party or small get together at home.  The amount of ingredients for each crostini is completely up to you.  If you like your food to be spicy, add more spice, if you don't like vegan cheese, trade it for the regular kind.  Make each little toast your own!  Enjoy!

    Spicy Cucumber-

1 slice of Udi's White bread, top with vegan cream cheese, cucumber slices, and a dash of cayenne pepper.

    Hummus & Tomato-

1 slice of Udi's Whole Grain bread, top with my favorite hummus recipe here, and tomato slices.

    Sweet Parmesan Grape-

1 slice of Udi's Omega Flax & Fiber bread, top with green grape slices, Parmesan cheese, and a drizzle of honey.

    Sardines & Sprouts-

1 slice of Udi's Whole Grain bread, top with vegan cream cheese, sardines and sprouts.

    Italian Mushroom-

1 slice Udi's White bread, top with sliced mushrooms, white balsamic vinegar, and parmesan cheese.

    Egg & Roasted Red Pepper-

1 slice of Udi's Millet Chia Bread, top with roasted red pepper slices and 1 fried egg.
