WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup cucumber - chopped
- ½ cup red onion - chopped
- ⅓ cup tomato - chopped
- approximately 1 cup cooked rice - (jasmine rice, brown rice, or an instant pack)
- ½ cup tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- ⅓ cup feta cheese crumbles
- 2 tablespoon fresh dill

HOW DO I MAKE GREEK ROTISSERIE CHICKEN BOWLS?
Remove all the meat from the bones and chop into tiny pieces. Place the chopped chicken back into the rotisserie bag.
Add chopped cucumber, red onion, tomatoes and cooked rice to the bag. Top with tzatziki, feta and fresh dill. Close bag and toss everything together.
Once the ingredients are well mixed, serve immediately or divide into meal prep containers for the week!
