Next time you find yourself in this predicament, be sure to try this super easy pork loin recipe. It makes dinnertime much less hectic and enjoyable!
You can find many different flavors of pork loins in stores. (I usually opt for the Roasted Garlic & Herb flavor). However, if you can't find a pre-marinated loin, you can simply use salt & pepper or my dry rub recipe to flavor your pork. All options result in a delicious piece of meat for your next family dinner.
What do I need for Instant Pot Pork Loin?
- 2lb pork loin
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt & pepper (or dry rub)
How do I make Instant Pot Pork Loin?
Place metal trivet into your Instant Pot. Season the pork loin with salt & pepper (or preferred dry rub).
Pour the water and Worcestershire sauce into your pot, then add pork loin to the trivet.
Close lid, seal steam release valve and cook on high pressure for 7 minutes. Once cooking time is complete, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes then quickly release the remaining.
(Use a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temp reaches at least 145 degrees F.)
Remove the pork from your Instant Pot, slice and ENJOY!
