Learn how to create your own Homemade Muesli mix with nothing more than a few pantry staples. Easily customizable for a delicious breakfast or snack.
I am a big fan of overnight oats and overnight muesli. It's such an easy meal prep option for breakfast. High in fiber, whole grains, and with so many different varieties, you really can't go wrong.
Simply mix the ingredients together and pack into individual containers the night before and you are set! Did I mention muesli is super kid-friendly? My family loves it!
WHAT IS MUESLI?
Muesli is traditionally a Swiss breakfast or brunch dish based on raw rolled oats and other ingredients including grains, fresh or dried fruits, seeds and nuts. Typically it is mixed with your choice of milk, yogurt, and even fruit juice. Served cold or warm.
This specific recipe is for the traditional dry muesli mix. Make a big batch and store in an airtight container for when you are craving a hearty breakfast in the morning.
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- 3 cups oats
- ⅓ cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup pecans
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup dried apricots
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
HOW DO I MAKE HOMEMADE MUESLI MIX?
It really don't get much easier. All you have to do is toss all the ingredients in a large bowl so everything is evenly distributed. Once you have done that, store it in an airtight container in your pantry.

Ingredients
