Get ready to make-over your favorite fall recipe. This healthy bowl of Apple Pie Overnight Oats is a delicious twist on breakfast. You will be jumping out of bed to get a hold of it!

It may not feel like fall here in California, just yet, but because I am addicted to anything and everything fall, I having been making this recipe non-stop. (Don't judge...yes, I am that person that gets excited for Christmas flavors in the summer, as well.)
Overnight oats are the best! There are so many different ingredients you can combine to create a delicious bowl. What I love best, is you don't have to wake up early in the morning to make it (that is my kind of recipe)!
This particular recipe for Apple Pie Overnight Oats is the perfect way to enjoy fall and all it's quintessential flavors. Apples, cinnamon, pecans...apple pie fanatics will love this easy to make recipe.
When is say "easy to make", I truly mean it's EASY TO MAKE.
To start, chop ½ apple into small bite sized pieces. Then in a bowl combine the following ingredients:
- ½ cup oats
- ⅔ cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon plain greek yogurt (or plain dairy free yogurt)
- 1 teaspoon natural maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
Stir the ingredients together, then store in your refrigerator in an airtight container overnight. Simple as that! Once morning arrives, you get to enjoy a mouth full of fabulous fall spice in every bite!

Instructions
