HOW DO I MAKE SPICY STRAWBERRY SALSA?
Start by chopping the strawberries, jalapeño, red onion into tiny pieces. Feel free to deseed the jalapeño, if you want to cut back on the heat.
Finely chop the fresh cilantro, as well.
In a large bowl, toss together all of the chopped ingredients, along with the lime juice, honey, salt & pepper.

Once mixed, let your salsa rest for at least 15 minutes. This is key! Resting helps all the flavors blend together.
After 15 minutes, give it a quick stir before serving. Or you can store in an airtight container in your refrigerator until you are ready to enjoy!
