WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- 12oz fresh cranberries
- 3-4 green onions
- 2 large fresh jalapenos
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon honey
- juice of 1 lime
- dash of salt

HOW DO I MAKE SPICY CRANBERRY SALSA?
Start by roughly chopping the green onions and jalapeños.
Place the fresh cranberries in a food processor and pulse a few times to break them apart.
Add the green onions, jalapeños and cilantro. Pulse a few more times until everything is chopped and well mixed. Be sure not to over blend the ingredients.

Last, add the lime juice, salt and honey. Pulse another couple times. Then transfer the salsa to a serving dish.
