- ½ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup of raw or roasted almonds (not salted)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup ice
How do I make a Cinnamon Almond Smoothie?
Start by blending 1 banana and ½ cup of milk. Next, add ¼ cup of raw almonds, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and ½ cup of ice. Blend until you have desired consistency.

Would this still be good without banana or could there be a banana substitute?

It wouldn't be as thick if you left out the banana. If you want to add something else, you could try yogurt, oatmeal, chia seeds, or even cooked sweet potato!
