These Rotisserie Chicken Tacos with Hot Honey are unique and so delicious. It's an explosion of bold flavor in every bite. But don't get me wrong, it's also the easiest recipe you can find! Made with store-bough rotisserie chicken, most of the cooking is already done for you.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
I used flour tortillas here, but this recipe would totally work with corn tortillas, lettuce wraps, or on top of nachos.
- small flour tortillas
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- desired amount of my Homemade Hot Honey (or store bought)
- 15oz can corn
- fresh jalapeno
- 8.5oz coleslaw mix (dressing discarded)
- ½ cup preferred mayo
- ½ small white onion - chopped
- ½ cup cilantro - chopped
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- dash of salt & pepper
HOW DO I MAKE ROTISSERIE CHICKEN TACOS WITH HOT HONEY?
Start by creating the creamy slaw: In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayo, chopped white onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt & pepper. Stir well, so everything is evenly coated. Set aside for now.
Next, shred desired amount of rotisserie chicken. Open and drain the canned corn. Chop 1-2 fresh jalapenos.
To create the tacos, grab your favorite tortillas and layer with shredded chicken, creamy slaw, corn, fresh jalapenos and a drizzle of hot honey.
