If you'll be tailgating this season, make sure you have room for these Veggie Burger Falafel Bites!
Who's excited for football season?! There’s nothing quite like spending the afternoon outdoors, tailgating with friends and family before the big game, am I right?
Fall weather, finger foods and football just seem to go hand in hand. But, if I've learned anything from growing up in Texas, is that football is life and the food to go along with it is an art form. So instead of the usual beef burgers and hot dogs this year, try my Veggie Burger Falafel Bites. It's a recipe that is sure to make a touchdown at your next game time party!
Even if your game isn't on a Monday, try celebrating "Meatless Monday" with me.
The NEW MorningStar Farms® Quarter Pound Veggie Burgers are deliciously crafted burgers that will fill your bun with MORE and leave you satisfied every time. Each quarter pound burger is perfectly seasoned and packs every bite with plant based protein and tasty veggies! They are the perfect addition to your football festivities.
There are two variations for you to choose from. The MorningStar Farms® Meat Lovers Burgers, which have a “beef-like” taste and texture that packs 27 grams of positive plant based protein, and the MorningStar Farms® Veggie Lovers Burgers, which is a better for you burger packed with 12 different veggies, 2 seeds & 2 grains, plus 10 grams of plant based protein.
I used the Veggie Lovers Burger in this recipe, but trust me...both are delicious options to enjoy! You can find them in the frozen foods section of your local Walmart.
